Operating from fantastic new BRC accredited premises in Birmingham gives Kingfisher Midlands the ideal location to serve the Midlands with fresh fish and seafood each day.
With its central location, Kingfisher Midlands is ideally situated to source fish from all the main UK ports where we have good relationships with suppliers. We also have excellent links with overseas suppliers enabling us to source a great variety of fish and seafood. As well as fresh fish and seafood we also offer a wide selection of frozen products giving us a product portfolio to suit all menus.
We supply all types of catering establishments from Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, pubs, retail outlets, schools, colleges and universities to sports stadiums, and contract caterers across the country

Although a relatively new business by name, Kingfisher Midlands’ staff are far from new to the fish industry.
Managed by Billy Tomkins, Billy joined the company in April 2011 having worked in the seafood industry for almost 30 years prior to this.
Billy is supported by a great team of buyers, account managers, fishmongers and delivery drivers. Many of these staff have up to 20 years industry knowledge.
Trust, loyalty, passion and knowledge are the basis of Kingfisher Midlands. We aim to extend these values throughout our business and onto our valued customers.
